At H.I.L.T. we are first and foremost teachers. We are here to make you a better player. Our main goal is to provide you with the atmosphere, tools, and programs that will help you realize your full potential.  We believe in hard work and long days.  We believe in wall ball, one-on-ones,  and staying after to shoot.  We believe in not just knowing how to do something, but when and why you do it.  We believe in the spirit of the game,  the power of one, and the promise of the team. We believe that if you get knocked off the horse that you should climb right back on,and that stopping a goal is just as glorious as scoring it.  We are not for everyone, but if you love lacrosse, and are not afraid of a lot of hard work and sweat, want to be the best player you can be,  then we are probably for you.  Our ultimate goal is to develop Charlotte’s top players into the Nation’s best.
