Tournament Hotel Reservation Policy
The Big South Summer Classic is requiring each tournament team and participants to reserve rooms through our designated registration system with T2C Sports. Teams not following this procedure will not be considered for tournament acceptance. In addition, rooms are non-commissionable to travel agencies or 3rd party reservation companies T2C Sports has taken the initiative and secured rooms at local “team friendly” hotels. By doing this T2C Sports has guaranteed tournament participants room availability at top quality hotels with competitive prices, great proximity to playing fields, and team-oriented amenities.

Travel Plans
ARRIVAL. All teams should plan on playing at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning
DEPARTURE. All teams should plan on playing until 5:00 PM on Sunday afternoon
